Therapy can be difficult to ask for, and vulnerable when trying to find someone who is a good fit for you. Likewise, having a counseling relationship where you feel safe to express yourself and feel understood by another person, is vital. I have the utmost respect for those who find the courage to share their struggles in life with another. Oftentimes, we want to protect and hide our hurts and insecurities, but taking this step and asking for help will lead to healing.

We all come to counseling for different reasons, and they are all valid. I would love for you to reach out and see if this can be a place of healing in your life. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and desires. I would like to help support you through struggles of transition, trauma, and uncertainty. Together we will learn what obstacles you are facing and how mental health impacts our ability to move forward.

Having compassion for who you have been, who you are now, and who you are becoming.
Sharing how you actually feel, what is happening in your world, and explore what you need without judgment.
Finding new ways to care for yourself and develop skills to cultivate fulfilling relationships.
